Blood Flow Restriction Training, or BFR consists of a set of arm and leg bands used to alter your circulation while you are working out. Research supports the use of BFR to elicit a faster rate of fat breakdown and muscle hypertrophy, strength production, improved vascular health, and improved bone mineral density.
